At weWow, you’ll lead one of our key partnerships: 123inkt Group (123inkt, PrintAbout, Cartridge People).
You’ll manage and grow a multilingual sales team (15+ FTE) across markets like NL, UK, FR, SE, IT, and DE, with plenty of room to scale.

What will you do?

• Lead, inspire, and develop an international sales team

• Own the commercial performance of the 123inkt Group accounts

• Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes and performance

• Scale the team through hiring, coaching, and expansion into new markets

• Manage key stakeholders and spot new revenue opportunities

• Stay hands-on when needed, supporting the team during peak moments

This role is for you if you…

• Are native Dutch + fluent in English

• Have 5+ years in sales leadership

• Have managed teams of 10+ people

• Know how to drive revenue and performance
